beqom announced today that Faurecia, a global leader in engineering and manufacturing of automotive equipment, has selected beqom's total compensation platform as part of its social benefits program.

The beqom-based application will replace an existing bespoke development and will manage up to 12,000 employees in France, spread over forty sites.

The main objectives of the project are:

  • the automation of calculations to reduce manual processes and improve quality,
  • the traceability of exceptional adjustments.
